All you need is:
6 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
3 ounces white chocolate, chopped
1 pound strawberries with stems (about 20), washed and dried very well
Wash the strawberries and pat dry. In a double boiler, semisweet chocolate over simmering hot water. Melt the white chocolate in a separate double boiler.
Hold the strawberries by the stem, dip into the dark chocolate, twirl the strawberry and place on parchment paper to set the chocolate.
Take a fork and dip it into the white chocolate and drizzle over the dark coating on the strawberry. Let set for thirty minutes and refrigerate.
